I have been personal fitness trainer and helping my clients for the past 13 years. Have also worked with Gold's Gym as Fitness Manager. I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer from E.A.S Nutrition & Training Institute. I am also certified Trainer from Powerplate. I emphansized strength training modalities that cab be transformed from the gym to daily life. Many film & television celebrities have also my guidance in preparation of their roles & stayed on become devoted clients making me a part of their regular fitness regime.
