About Me
I guess this is where I indulge in myself... I have never been happier than when I've been in top physical shape. That's why health and fitness is a BIG part of my life. I love to run long distance and I also do weight training, taebo, and stuff like that. I enjoy mountain hiking, a nature boy at heart, who also likes writing poetry. I believe it's important to stay positive and maintain a relationship with God. My philosophy of life is staying balanced and enjoying all good things in moderation.
