The last tip about how to have good health is to take a walk every day. You do not have to go the same distance every day, but you should walk every day. They say that walking is the best exercise that one can do. It has been said that the average person who does not work at a hard labor job only walks about one mile a day if that. One that works in an office may walk less or more depending on the kind of office work it is.
