Be aware, wine is proven to contain antioxidants that can be healthful, but so are the grapes and berries it comes from. Why open the door to the chance of intoxication, the risk of addiction, high caloric intake, and unnecessary expense when you don’t need to? Exercise is a mandatory basic to remember, as it has full spectrum benefits like weight management, stress reduction, stronger bones and muscles, faster metabolism, etc. That list is endless.

When considering tips for good health, here are a few that are often not thought about. Driving safely, without a cup of coffee or a cell phone in one hand, is healthy. Getting a full night’s sleep helps our body restore and repair itself for the next day. Positive thinking is often forgotten. Stress and negativity have a direct affect on our body’s immune system and being happy is a wonderful motivator. Using these steps can help us to feel better about ourselves and achieve good health and longevity.
