Exercise is something children do every day without even knowing they are doing it. Children who play ball of any kind are exercising their legs and muscles. Aerobic exercise is very healthy, as it keeps your heart beating, which causes you to breath better. There are many types of aerobics that children can do and enjoy doing it. Swimming, jogging, skating, or even riding a bike are great forms of exercise. They all help blood flow to the heart better.
Exercise is good for children in many ways. Exercising helps them to be flexible and have more energy. Exercising keeps their weight down and is very healthy for their heart. When they have more energy, they can be more productive. Children who are active in life do better in school. It keeps their mind working at all times. For the children that are not active, you have to coach them into things like going camping and taking a hike on natures trails. Host a small parties where there is dancing involved.
When school is out for the summer, children seem to want to lay around the house and watch TV. However, there are things that they can do to keep them active and not realizes they are doing it. Being a part of a YMCA Club or meeting their friends at the gym for a game of basketball can be beneficial. Even going to an all summer camp club that keeps them busy. One activity that is great, not just for the kids, but for the parents as well, is paying them to do things around the house like doing the lawn or cleaning house.
